Edlyn Sabrina McGarity is not just a coach or a speaker — she’s a woman who refused to settle.
A bestselling author, international keynote speaker, certified transformation coach, and TEDx speaker, Edlyn is also a former Computer Engineer who walked away from a “successful” life that didn’t feel like hers. What followed was a journey through pain, hopelessness, reinvention, and finally — freedom. After leaving an abusive marriage and a career that stifled her creativity, Edlyn rebuilt her life from the ground up — not only for herself, but for the women she knew were suffering silently just like she once had. Women who feel stuck in toxic spaces. Women over 40 who are burnt out, overwhelmed, unseen — yet still sitting on untapped greatness.
Edlyn holds an MBA and is a Jack Canfield Certified Trainer. Since 2008, she has led teams in direct marketing, trained professionals in change leadership and mindset mastery, and spoken to audiences across three continents. She has a unique ability to combine her engineering mind with deep emotional wisdom — turning inspiration into action, and pain into purpose.
Through her signature 360° Personal Transformation Triad, Edlyn helps women break free from what’s holding them back and build a life that feels aligned, fulfilling, and free. Her clients know one thing for sure: you won’t stay the same after meeting her.
Edlyn is also a self-taught painter whose artwork has been featured in galleries, and an actress with credits in over 10 films and commercials. In 2010, she was crowned Mrs. India Uganda.
